A Team Info is a short message from your team that appears immediately in the app's feed — between games, with no draft state, images, or comments. Both the club admin and reporters (for their assigned teams) can post one.
Go to Team Info
In the dashboard, under Team Info, you'll find the "New team info" form.
Enter a title and text
Both fields have a character limit — the form shows you the exact maximum. There's deliberately no image upload and no comments, just short text.
Optionally add a push notification
The "Send as push notification" toggle is independent of the team info itself — leave it off and the message appears silently in the feed, with no one notified.
Publish
Without push, the button reads "Publish"; with the toggle on, it reads "Publish & send". With push enabled, you'll first see a confirmation with the usage rules (see below).
Daily limit for team infos and pushes
Both the number of team infos per day and how many of those may additionally be sent as a push are limited — the form always shows how much you have left for today. Once the team info limit is reached, the form can't be submitted at all; if only the push quota is used up, you can still publish, just without a push.
Why a limit?
The push quota protects your followers from too many notifications — a team that pushes several times a day quickly leads fans to turn off app notifications entirely.
Before you send a push notification
A push goes out immediately and is visible to every follower of your team — unlike the silent feed entry, it can't be taken back. Only send relevant, team-related information. In particular, advertising/spam, unlawful or offensive content, and content that infringes third-party rights are not allowed.
Warning
As the sender, you're responsible for the content of every push notification you send.
Hiding a team info again
"Hide" instantly removes an already-published team info from the app's feed. This isn't a permanent deletion — the message stays in your dashboard, just no longer publicly visible. A push that was already sent can't be recalled this way.
